Urgent Care - Walk-In

Yes, we are a walk-in clinic, and you can certainly walk right in at your convenience and be seen usually within a one hour wait. We pride ourselves on keeping our staff on their feet and making sure the flow doesn't slow down. We know how important your time is, and we value it.

Urgent Care - Appointment

We are the only Urgent Care in Rhode Island which accepts appointments. The way it works is this: Give us a call and request a time slot during the day. Show up 10 minutes before your appointment and fill out the necessary paper work, (OR bring your paperwork with you!) and you will be the next patient seen by our provider. It doesn't matter if there is a waiting room full of walk-in's, if you have a scheduled appointment at the Urgent Care we make sure you are seen immediately upon arrival.

Urgent Care - Make It Even Easier

So you've printed off your paperwork, and you've called for your appointment, now just give us a ring and let us know you need a ride. We will come pick you up at your apartment, dorm, house or high-rise and bring you directly to your appointment. Once you're finished, our friendly transport staff will drive you right back home. Now that's service.

Primary Care - Appointment

The East Side Primary Care office is open 5 days a week, and some Saturdays. We are currently accepting new patients with insurance. And best of all? There should never be more than 24 hour wait for an appointment, and the vast majority of new patients can be seen the same day they call.
